UPDATE - 11/10/2014

We have located potential properties that will make nice intentional communities... in two quite different places... each has their good points and drawbacks. We will daven as we attempt to make the best decision. We would like some feedback on: * Assuming you have all that you need in our intentional community (school, shul, housing, etc.), how far off the "beaten path" do you prefer to be, or are you willing to go? * Do you see yourself living more in a small town, in the countryside within an easy drive of a big city, or a bit father out on ranch land? (Describe your preferred type of location). * While we do plan to be a fully off-grid community, do you see yourself as wanting enough alternative power supply to be just as powered-up as in the city, or more like back-to-basics, living simply like the pioneers, or somewhere in between? * If the set-up was in place, how serious are you about making the move? How soon? Please, everyone give us as much feedback as possible, as it will help in guiding us as we make our decision... and, of course, please help us daven!
